➔ Upload your dissertation to the National Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations in Taiwan (You must first set up an account with our office and confirm your contact details ).

➔ Upload your dissertation to the Fu Jen Catholic University Electronic Theses and Dissertations System.

➔ Complete the Leave-Taking Form (Note: If someone will complete the leave-taking procedures on your behalf, complete the authorization form as well.)

➔ Submit hard copies of your dissertation: two to the library, one to the Registrar, and one to our office. 

➔ Complete the graduation survey

➔ Update your information in the FJCU Alumni Database

➔ Collect your diploma
