● ASE Courses

 

To strengthen research abilities and experiences, Ph.D. students have to complete their theses (12 credits), attend seminars (4 credits) and take courses of special topics (4 credits) based on theirspecialized fields. Besides, students have to take at least 15 credits from optional courses. Among the 15 credits, 3 credits should be taken in the students’ non-specialized fields to achieve the goal of multidisciplinary training.

The ASE PhD program is comprised of core courses, optional courses, and thesis.

  1. Core courses: 8 credits

    1. Seminars: 4 credits

    2. Special topics: 4 credits

  2. Optional courses: at least 15 credits (Students who enrolled before/in 2006 are required to take 16 credits)The following links show all the optional courses opened between Feb. 2013 and Jan. 2014.

    1. Courses more than 12 credits in students’ specialized fields. (Students who enrolled before/in 2006 are required to take 13 credits)

    2. Courses at least 3 credits in students’ non-specialized fields
