Hiring a Part-Time Marketing Assistant/VA!
We are looking for a part-time virtual assistant who is ideally based in Taipei to join the team! If you are highly organized and systematic with the way you work, also interested in working in a small entrepreneurial company and learn more about doing business and marketing, this might be a great opportunity for you.
You will be working closely with the marketing director from a Canadian Travel Company with the part of the team based in Taipei, this is a 100% virtual company, as well as the role per se. To learn more about the company, please check out: https://www.wheelandanchor.ca
Your goal is to assist the marketing director with a variety of professional tasks as well as building systems to enhance the flow of routine tasks. Knowing how to work with tools such as Canva, Wordpress, Keap will be a plus, but not a must,
Key responsibilities:
- Set up the weekly newsletter in Keap (Infusionsoft)
- Manage social media updates and blog posts on Wordpress
- Audit operational flow on a monthly basis
- Create webinar presentations, itinerary in Canva
- Organize and systemize the listed tasks with the aim to upgrade current workflow
Salary: $15k/month
Work hour: approx 10-15 hours/week to start, 100% virtual and you decide 80% of your schedule while having some sets of guidelines to follow
